How do I place an order?

There are several options:

  1. Order online: Order and have it delivered the next day without having to leave the house.
  2. Call our friendly customer service staff on (03) 8787 8188 and they will be happy to take your order.
  3. Fax your order through on (03) 8787 8199 and our team will process this for you.
  4. Pick up: You may pick your order up from our warehouse however it is best to call it through first to avoid delays.

What are your delivery and handling charges?

Melbourne Metropolitan Area - $12.00 flat rate

Outer Melbourne Area – $12.00 Set delivery days.

Bendigo: Wednesday Fortnightly

Gippsland: Thursday fortnightly

Bass Coast: Friday Fortnightly

Geelong: Monday Weekly

Country Areas / Interstate – Australia Post charges apply (you will be notified of costs prior to dispatch of goods)

How long do I have to order?

For next day delivery orders must be received before 3pm EST. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the following day,

What payment methods do you offer?

Payment is made at time of placing your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard (Fees applicable).

Cheque or Money Order is acceptable but must be given upon receipt of goods.

If you do not, or are currently out of a product I want, can you help?

We hold many brands so there will always be an alternative offered. Your other option is to wait for that product to be available which will not be long as we are always receiving new stock on a daily basis.

What if the product I receive is wrong or damaged?

We must be advised of any damaged items within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Any items which are incorrectly supplied must be advised within 7 days of receipt of goods. We will then exchange the goods for the correct ones or offer you a credit. Credits will be given on orders incorrectly supplied not ordered.
